THE TASTE OF SCOTLAND

Whisky may be one of Scotland’s most famous exports, but for us, the best experiences go far beyond simply pouring a dram.

It’s the stories behind it. The craftsmanship. The people. The flavours, aromas and little details that turn a tasting into something guests remember.

From intimate private tastings to unexpected locations and experiences created exclusively for the group, we work with some brilliant people across Scotland to put a different spin on one of our country’s greatest traditions. Because when your guests have travelled all the way to Scotland, we think their experience should feel every bit as special as the whisky in their glass.

Say hello to Scotland, one dram at a time.

GOING THE EXTRA (NAUTICAL) MILE

When it comes to creating unforgettable experiences, there really are no lengths we won’t go to. Yesterday, Rianna swapped her desk for the helm as she and Bill headed out onto Loch Lomond to pre-visit a very special location for an upcoming client event. We can’t tell you too much just yet, but let’s just say something pretty exciting is taking shape...

For us, a pre-visit isn’t simply about checking that a venue looks good. It’s about understanding every detail, anticipating what could happen, knowing the local logistics and making sure that, when the day arrives, everything feels effortless for our client and their guests.

...And sometimes, that means getting in a boat and heading for an island.

HIDDEN SCOTLAND

Ever spotted a Highland cow bursting through the side of a building in Edinburgh?

Kirsty had fun pointing out one of the city`s most loved hidden gems to her recent group and we were lucky enough to have the wonderful @karol_makula_photography on site to capture these shots.

Affectionately known as the "Toon Coo-cillor", with its head peeking out on one side of the building and its rear appearing on the other, it`s a detail that never fails to make people smile.

However, it`s much more than a quirky piece of public art. The sculpture is a playful tribute to the history of Cowgate itself. Long before Edinburgh became the capital we know today, this street was the route where cattle were herded to market. In fact, the name Cowgate literally means "the road where the cows went."

It`s exactly the kind of detail that many visitors walk straight past, but once you know the story, the city reveals another layer of its rich history.

At Hello Scotland, we love uncovering these hidden stories for our clients. Because the most memorable experiences aren`t just about seeing Scotland`s famous landmarks, they`re about discovering the fascinating history, local legends and unexpected details that bring them to life.

25 YEARS!!!!

Where has the time gone?!

Today we are enjoying a day of celebrations for one very special member of the Hello Scotland family... Elaine!

For the last 25 years, Elaine has been at the heart of Hello Scotland. She`s welcomed clients from every corner of the world, helped deliver more events than any of us could count, kept us all on track and somehow always managed to do it with a smile.

She`s seen Hello Scotland grow, evolve and celebrate some incredible moments along the way and it`s impossible to imagine the team without her.

Elaine, thank you for everything you`ve brought to Hello over the last quarter of a century. Your hard work, kindness, sense of humour and unwavering dedication have made such a difference not just to our clients but to all of us lucky enough to work alongside you.

Here`s to an amazing 25 years... and to plenty more laughs, adventures and memories together - if you look close enough, you might even spot her new Hello Scotland tattoo!

Happy 25th work anniversary, Elaine!

ITS OUR BIRTHDAY - 30 YEARS IN 30 SECONDS.

Scotland has changed.
Events have changed.
Technology has changed.

But the real legacy?

The people who grew here.
The careers that started here.
The leaders who were shaped here.
The friendships built.
The trust earned.
The memories created.

Happy 30th Birthday to us!!!!

For 30 years, we`ve been creating unforgettable experiences, showcasing the very best of Scotland to the world and proving that extraordinary events are never just about places – they`re about people.

Here is to everyone who has been a part of our story.
To every client who believed in us. Every supplier who stood beside us. Every team member, past and present.. thank you.

Thirty years is an incredible milestone and one we are so proud of. But we`re only just getting started.
