Over the past few posts the team have shared their favourite hotels for corporate groups, their favourite incentive activities and their favourite gala dinner venues. Today we’re sharing some of the best personal experiences we’ve had with incentive groups!

Kirsty’s Most Memorable Group Moment

Witnessing a wedding proposal on board Concorde during a fabulous gala dinner we organised there for a tyre manufacturing company from Scandinavia…she said yes of course!

Claire’s Most Memorable Group Moment

A lone piper playing from a small boat in the middle of Loch Lomond as a surprise for guests - just after the men had flashed their partners in kilts in front of a 5* Hotel in the West Highlands!

Elaine’s Most Memorable Group Moment

Scottish Field sports day at Taymouth Castle with fly fishing, classic cars, shooting and SUNSHINE! We had a BBQ picnic by the river and chilled out whilst dipping our toes in river…everyone was on such a high!

Sarah’s Most Memorable Group Moment

We had a group of 100 doing a Highland Games based in a beautiful setting at the Marriott Dalmahoy. As an additional extra we had the guests prepare their own clan identity including shields and face painting. It was a really inspiring moment to see so many people enjoying themselves…I’ve never seen a group get so competitive with being creative before!

Lisa’s Most Memorable Group Moment

At Dalmeny Park with group of over 200, watching them in full clan battle costume (which they designed themselves) take part in the first ‘Taking the Hill’. The atmosphere was electric as an all female steel drum band playing to rally the group. Looking to the left there was sweeping views down to the Firth of Forth and to the right, the hill was lined with flaming torches leading up to the enemy’s flag which had to be taken!

And finally…for a bit of fun, next time the team are sharing the images they feel best depicts Scotland as a great incentive destination!
