"I truly enjoyed Scotland with everything that came along with it! Thanks a lot for everything you've done, it was a really smooth trip and our guests all had a smile on their face when we arrived back in Germany."

Best of the Rest

There’s lots of Traditional Scottish experiences that are ideal for an incentive group. Here's our thoughts on 'the best of the rest' that you should consider for your program.

Ceilidh Dancing

After a Scottish themed evening in a castle or a country barn, let your hair down and enjoy some traditional Scottish dancing, sometimes with as many as 100 people participating in the same dance! We can even arrange secret lessons for the ladies / gents of the group so they can surprise the rest of the group with their toe-tapping skills.

Beat Retreat

Originally an armed forces signal, the Beat Retreat is now a ceremonious activity that is a momentous end to an evening. Choose a bespoke Beat Retreat with 15-20 pipers and drummers, exclusive to your group. Or if you’re visiting Scotland in August, treat your guests to the spectacular sight of 300+ pipers and drummers from around the globe performing in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Address to the Haggis

This ode to our national dish was written by world famous poet Robert Burns to immortalise the haggis. Another ceremonial part of a traditional Scottish evening, it’s an entertaining part of the evening…or if your guests are brave enough, we’ll take them to a castle ruin, where through the mist and smoke, a kilted giant will appear high in the Castle for a dramatic and spooky address to the haggis that won’t be forgotten!

Sporran Making

The wearing of the Kilt is a privileged experience (which the gent’s find out at the Gentleman’s meeting!) and a sporran is used to protect ‘your crown jewels’ underneath the kilt! A great optional activity is to make your own sporran that you can wear that evening and take home after your trip to Scotland!

Bagpipe Workshop

Bagpipes (or doodlesacks as many of you might know them!) are a great cultural symbol of Scotland. Enjoy some post-dinner entertainment, in front of a cosy fire with a dram in your hand as you get up close and personal with this magnificent instrument. Learn about the history of bagpipe making, the different styles of music it can play, then give it a go and see if you’ve got the ‘puff’ to be a player!

When you're requesting your proposal, ask us which of these extras will work best!
