Are you planning to attend a conference / congress is Scotland?
As a travel planner for a corporate organisation, or an agent with corporate clients, you’ll be the person responsible for arranging accommodation, dining and logistics for your delegates during their time in Scotland.
This can be a nuisance to organise if you’re not sure of transfer distances, hotel standards and restaurant facilities, or if you’ve busy organising other things!
Hello Scotland are not professional ‘conference organisers’, but instead we’re experts in dealing with your logistics / land arrangements, and in providing the on site support you require when your delegates are in Scotland.
We’re based in Glasgow – the UK’s largest convention city attracting thousands of congress visitors every year – which means our local knowledge of Glasgow hotels, restaurants and activities is exceptional… it’s were we live, work and socialise!

Transfers
Choose basic transfers or perhaps ones that include a small tour of the local area / city, or an airport welcome by ‘kilted concierge’!
Hotel bookings
We can suggest, book and liaise with hotels that are suitable to your requirements, for example, close to the convention centre, with adequate meeting rooms or with high-speed internet access – all depending on your specific requirements.
Restaurants
Scotland’s natural larder offers restaurants a fantastic range of local ingredients that’s perfect for all kinds of cuisine. When you consider this and the vibrant multicultural influence in our cities, it’s no surprise that Scotland can offer a wide variety of dining experiences and cuisines for your group of delegates.
We’ve got great relationships with many restaurants and will always ensure their service, standards and menu’s are of a high standard and suitable for groups.

Activities
If you’re combining a visit to a conference with an incentive (a concentive!), or if you simply want to add some refreshing and invigorating activities to engage the group, then we can offer you lots of different options.
Consider traditional activities like a whisky tasting, a Gentlemen’s Meeting with a kilt fitting, a variety of city tours or get out of the city for some adrenaline activities like water sports, 4x4 driving, golf or an interactive falconry experience!
On-site support
We know the importance of being on-site as your local support service, that’s why we include it into our CUSTOMER Guarantee.
Our professional team of project managers and hostesses will be on-site if and when you require assistance, for example to look after transfers or to pre-check hotels and dinner venues.
